Today, While I was searching for the Authentic True Religion Wholesale. I found a site( not gonna post it here) that offer Fake/Counterfeit Jeans for very low price(20-25$/pc including shipping). Of course I am not gonna by this stuff because selling fake is illegal. But i also thought that it is a good ideal if i can post some pictures here so if shoppers come across any store or Ebay auction selling this stuff and claim that they are Authentic then you know that you need to stay away from it.

The Jeans in pictures below are fake / counterfeit True Religion Jeans from China. Dont buy it!

I will post more pictures of other brand i found on that site soon. The guy has Rock Republic, Gucci, LV… anything you name it.

Hopefully it will help you guys to spot fake stuff.

For this year, Gucci announced a special limited 8-8-2008 collection of just 8 fashion accessories that will be available exclusively through Gucci Hong Kong and China stores. The special edition pays homage to competitive sports and is supposed to epitomize sporty luxury, according to Gucci creative director Frida Giannini. Cornerstone of the campaign is the new I-Gucci watch, which is unique to the 8-8-08 campaign in both coloring and sporty appearance. It also happens to be the first digital time piece Gucci has ever released - its digital face is capable of displaying both numerical and clock-hand formats. Other specs include a 44 millimeter steel frame casing, a red monochrome rubber strap (embossed with Gucci’s iconic GG pattern on its inside) and selection of multiple time zones.

Many of us wearing brand name R&R denim but dont know much about the history of R&R band. Here is some interesting points about Rock And Republic.

Michael Ball: CEO/Designer

Rebellious. Rambunctious. Rocker. Rider. Michael Ball is anything but your average CEO. Passionate and determined, strong willed and confident Michael launched Rock & Republic and in just four short years, has made it the most successful luxury denim brand in the world.

Michael grew up in Southern California. The child of divorced parents, he was always on the move, always in trouble, and always hustling to make a buck. With no real focus, he spent his time and money on fast cars, fast girls, and rock ‘n roll.

Recognizing that Michael needed structure, his mother got him involved in sports. It proved to be the perfect place for him to channel his rebellious. Cycling became his sport of choice, and the key to adding structure, focus and direction to his life.

Cycling taught Michael team skills and the rewards of competition. But it was the bright colors and bold graphics of the team’s uniforms that inspired his sense of design. He taught himself the technique of sublimation, a highly technical process that digitally screen-prints fabric, and he began making all of the team’s race-day wear.

By the late ’80s, Michael was considered one of the fastest, smartest and most aggressive cyclists on the circuit. The avid athlete had discovered he had the stamina to succeed at any task he took on. Michael won the LA Tri-Sprint Series and then went on to the national track rankings where he conquered the Velodrome. But an unfortunate racing crash forced him to put his racing aspirations on hold.

Always the entrepreneur Michael approached Xerox with a business idea. The two forged a partnership called Xerox Colorgraphics, DS Division. Overnight it put the technology giant into the fashion business. Michael’s vision and technical skills built a successful financial model for the company but he was unchallenged creatively. His flare for fashion and affinity for rock music turned his thoughts from process to product and he one again started designing.

Michael, never shy with his opinions, felt his girlfriend’s jeans didn’t properly flatter her figure. “They didn’t hug her curves. They were tight where they should have been eased, and gapped where they should have been tight. They just didn’t show off her…assets.” So, he decided to design a pair of jeans for her. Everywhere the couple went, people asked who designed the jeans, to which he always responded, “I don’t know, but they sure rock!”

Here we have the Fall 2008 RTW collection of Dolce & Gabbana. We see a lot of plaids but as you can see, the last few clothes of the collections have some pretty swirly bursts of colors that suit well with the checkered layout of plaids.

Here’s the fall bags for Christian Dior’s RTW line. The brightly colored bags are more suited for spring, IMO, but then again, they give more life to fall. I like the little keyring that’s D-shaped. It makes the bags look a bit on the elegant side.

Here are some of the shoes and bags showcased during the recent Chanel Fall 2008 RTW fashion show. Was anyone able to see how the fashion show looked like? I really loved the design concept for the show — with all the gigantic Chanel accessories and all!

Anyway, opinions on the two-toned Chanel shoes, anyone?

Today we had breakfast at the St. Regis with the President and C.E.O. of Louis Vuitton North America and a few other choice bloggers including Get Kempt, Gala Darling, Daniel Saynt of Fashion Indie, Tina Craig of Bag Snob, Lesley of Fashiontribes and Wendy of Nitrolicious.

After receiving the invite last week we were more than intrigued to see what would come of the meeting.

Of course, as is the norm for big events, Murphy’s Law was in full effect. After jumping off a stalled six train (police investigation at 14th Street) and almost throwing down fisticuffs for a cab, we finally managed to share with someone going in the same direction (thanks Justin!).

Walking into the St. Regis, we headed for the library for what was a small intimate breakfast hosted by Daniel Lalonde. As much we tried to be suave, we were more than gleefully excited by the invite and meeting.

For a moment prior to arriving we had visions of some hoity-toity executives and how grateful we should be to be in their presence, *pause*, and the presence of Louis Vuitton. But it was NOTHING like that (thank goodness!) .
